Information we collect

We collect the contact and deal information you submit, including your name, phone number, email address, requested loan type, property state, requested amount, property and transaction details, and messages. We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, and website activity.

We use first-party session storage for up to 30 minutes to remember campaign source, medium and campaign tags as you navigate. When you submit a request, those tags may be saved with the public page URL so we can understand how requests reach us. This does not add a third-party tracking service or store arbitrary URL parameters.

We also keep first-party daily totals of page loads, financing-link clicks and form interactions, such as starting a form, opening optional details, attempting a submission, and receiving a success or error result. These totals are grouped by public page, form version and a fixed error category. They do not include submitted contact or deal details, query strings, or visitor/session identifiers, and they count interactions rather than unique people. The event endpoint uses IP addresses temporarily for a one-minute rate limit without saving them in these totals. Hosting and security logs are separate.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate whether a request fits our business-purpose financing scope, respond to questions, organize a financing file, compare relevant lender programs, coordinate requested documents and closing steps, operate and secure our website, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We may share relevant deal information with potential lenders and with service providers involved in evaluating, processing, or closing the requested transaction. Website, communications, hosting, security, and recordkeeping providers may process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS terms

If you opt in, TSG Capital may send conversational and informational text messages about your financing request, requested documents, status updates, closing coordination, and support. Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information as reasonably necessary for evaluation, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information where applicable, or decline SMS consent and still request service.

Children and sensitive information

Our services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents through the public website form.
